  Student Account Access Information


As an MCC student, you’ll have four main student accounts. Depending on your program, you might have additional accounts that your advisor and/or instructors will tell you about.

MCC Student Accounts

Email Login and Password Information

Your email address is viewable in Banner.
Once you are in banner, click Personal Info View E-Mail Address MCC Student Email


If You Need Assistance Resetting a Password or Accessing an Account (in person, over the phone, or over email):

What you need for an in-person request:

  • If the person you are asking to reset your password knows you, they will proceed with the reset.
  • If the person resetting the password doesn’t know you, they will ask to see your student ID.
What you need for a phone request:
  • For all phone requests (even if the student is known to the MCC employee), the MCC employee will still need to verify your identity and will guide you through the process.
What you need for an email request:
  • Only email requests sent from your MCC student email address will be processed.
  • If you send an email request from another email address, you will be directed to either resend the request from your MCC email address or to call and verify your identity over the phone.

  • Your username is your M14... number
  • Your initial password is your birth date: YYYYMMDD

Library Login and Password Information

You must set up you Email/Office 365 account (log in/change password) to access library resources

  • Your username is the first part of you MCC Email
    example: pioneer1@o365.milescc.edu= pioneer1
  • Your initial password is the same as you MCC email password
