Welcome to the Miles Community College Career Services Center.

The Career Services Center is intended to help students and prospective students:

  1. Synthesize skills to identify differences in the workplace and how to engage with people with different life experiences and values. Additionally, students will be able to acknowledge and constructively challenge their own biases and maintain a commitment to civic engagement in the pursuit of equity and social change.
  2. Understand leadership that affects change and adopt leadership in both formal and informal roles and seek feedback from group members and supervisors in order to conduct self-reflection and determine areas of strength and personal growth.
  3. Develop networks and work with the local community to participate in activities that promote career readiness and overall success.
  4. Construct a personal identity with a sense of self that positively contributes to meaningful, collaborative, and interdependent relationships.

Miles Community College is fortunate to partner with the Montana Campus Compact and AmeriCorps in providing career services outreach to current and prospective students. The MTCC AmeriCorps College Coach assists high school juniors and seniors, as well as current MCC Students in examining pathways to careers through postsecondary education opportunities. This service is invaluable to the MCC community.
