MILES CITY, MONTANA: Miles Community College (MCC) will celebrate the Class of 2024 with an in-person Commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 4, at 10:00 am at the MCC Centra in Miles City.
The MCC Nursing Program will also hold its Nurses’ Pinning ceremony for the Class of 2024 on Friday, May 3, at 3:00 pm, in the MCC Centra.
Livestreams will be available for both events on the MCC YouTube page (youtube.com/milescommunitycoll) .
Todd O’Hair, President and CEO of the Montana Chamber of Commerce, will be the commencement speaker at this year’s event.
O’Hair is a Montana native, hailing from a multi-generational ranch in Livingston, and graduated from Montana State University with a degree in business marketing.
Prior to his current position with the Montana Chamber of Commerce, he was the Senior Manager of Government Affairs for a major coal mining company, Cloud Peak Energy. While at Cloud Peak, he served on the Montana Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and was the chair of the board in 2016-17. O’Hair also worked in Governor Judy Martz’s office for four years and has served as the Natural Resources Policy Advisor for Congressman Rick Hill in Washington DC and later as State Director.
