Two Miles Community College students were recently awarded the Montana Pro Rodeo Hall and Wall of Fame scholarship of $3,000 apiece. Faith Tarter and Bailee Stenger are both Freshman at MCC and participate on the rodeo team.
Faith Tarter is currently a freshman at MCC, double majoring in equine and business. She is also on a rodeo scholarship at MCC. Faith grew up on a ranch in southeastern Montana near Ashland and graduated from Colstrip High School. Throughout high school, she participated in basketball and rodeo. At MCC, Faith competes in barrels, team roping, and her two favorites, breakaway and goat tying. After her time at MCC, Faith plans to further her education in business or communication somewhere warmer, possibly Arizona. She also plans to purchase a PEMF (pulsed electro-magnetic field) therapy machine and become certified to work on horses and humans as a business she can take along with her on the road to her NFR dreams.
Bailee Stenger is currently a freshman at MCC, majoring in Elementary Education. She is also on a rodeo scholarship at MCC. Bailee grew up on a farm in Worden, MT and graduated from Huntley Project High School. At MCC, Bailee competes in barrels and breakaway roping. After graduation from MCC, Bailee plans to continue her education in Elementary Education and Special Education at Central Arizona University in Coolidge, AZ.

The Montana Pro Rodeo Hall and Wall of Fame hosts the nation's leading high school rodeo scholarship program for eligible Montana High School Rodeo seniors wishing to pursue higher education and their interest in rodeo at the college level. Each $3,000 scholarship is paid to an accredited college or university of the student's choice.
Scholarship recipients are selected by a committee from the Montana High School Rodeo Association, following strict criteria based on grades, rodeo participation, community service, educational plans, and financial need.
