The College Board’s College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) allows students to demonstrate their mastery of college-level material and earn college credit. Miles Community College's Learning Center is a certified CLEP Test Center. CLEP passing scores are accepted at Miles Community College and many other colleges and universities.
The cost for each CLEP exam is $104. $89 is paid to CLEP when a student registers, and a $15 test center fee is paid to Miles Community College on the date of the test.
To schedule a CLEP exam, please call 406.874.6152. The Learning Center requires two weeks’ notice for scheduled CLEP exams.
Miles Community College may accept up to a maximum of 30 semester credits for satisfactory scores on CLEP examinations. CLEP scores will be recorded as “P” grades on official transcripts.

The Learning Center will proctor online and in-person tests for students attending other colleges and universities. Two weeks’ notice is required. There is a $15 fee per test for test proctoring. Proctor arrangements can be made by calling 406.874.6152 or emailing LC@milescc.edu.
